Noida, April 24 -- In a major operation in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, on Friday, the Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) arrested two individuals accused of being linked to Pakistan's intelligence agency ISI and allegedly planning terror activities in India.

According to the ATS, the arrested suspects have been identified as Tushar Chauhan alias Hizbullah Ali Khan, a resident of Baghpat, and Sameer Khan from Delhi.

Both are reportedly around 20 years old. Authorities said a pistol, ammunition, a knife, and two mobile phones were recovered from their possession.

Investigators claim that the duo was planning grenade attacks on the residences of VIPs and influential individuals in India.
