Barabanki, Nov. 28 -- A heartbreaking accident occurred on the Lucknow-Ayodhya Highway near Chadwal village today, where a speeding dumper rammed into a motorcycle from behind.
The collision killed a woman on the spot, while her husband and their two-year-old daughter sustained injuries.
According to local sources, Rajesh Kumar Verma, a resident of Pakkha Ka Purwa in Sonauli, works as a computer operator at the Supply Department office located in the Ramsanehighat Tehsil premises. Thursday marked the couple's wedding anniversary. To celebrate the occasion, Rajesh set out with his wife Roli (24) and their daughter Riti for a visit to the Jwalamukhi Devi Temple in Ambour.
