Varanasi, Feb. 16 -- Two coaches of the empty Shiv Ganga Express train derailed a short distance from Varanasi station today while on its way to the washing yard for maintenance.

The empty train was heading to the washing yard from the station. Railway officials, along with staff and a technical team, immediately began work to restore the coaches.

It is reported that the empty train of the Shiv Ganga Express train was heading to the washing line for maintenance. Two coaches derailed near the Manduadih vegetable market.
