Bhubaneswar, Aug. 1 -- Union Education Minister and Sambalpur MP Dharmendra Pradhan today called for promoting the Sambalpuri language, literature, and culture across the world.
In a video message on the occasion of Sambalpuri Day, observed to mark the birth anniversary of noted literary figure Guru Shri Satyanarayan Bohidar, Pradhan paid tribute and highlighted the significance of the day.
He said the primary objective of Sambalpuri Day is to create a glorious global identity for the Sambalpuri language, literature, and culture.
Remembering Guru Bohidar's contributions, the Union Minister said he had dedicated his life to enriching and popularising the Sambalpuri language and its cultural heritage.
