Hyderabad, Oct. 10 -- union Minister for Coal and Mines G Kishan Reddy has been invited to participate in the 8th International Conference on Russian Energy Week, scheduled to be held in Moscow from October 15 to 17.
The invitation was extended by Anton Kobyakov, Advisor to Russian President Vladimir Putin and Executive Secretary of the event's Organising Committee, through the Embassy of the Russian Federation.
