Ranchi, Feb. 1 -- Strongly criticising the union Budget, senior Congress leader and Health Minister of Jharkhand, Dr Irfan Ansari on Sunday said that Jharkhand has once again been neglected, with no AIIMS, no major industrial projects and no special package announced for the state.

"This Budget clearly reflects step-motherly treatment towards Jharkhand," he said.

Ansari termed it a heart attack budget for the common people, alleging that it offers no real relief to those suffering from inflation, unemployment and inadequate healthcare.
