Kyiv, April 18 -- Ukraine and the United States will start a new round of talks on the rare minerals deal on April 24, Ukrainian Deputy Economy Minister Taras Kachka said on Friday.
Earlier in the day, Ukrainian lawmaker Yaroslav Zheleznyak said that Washington and Kiev intend to finalize their work on the rare minerals deal by April 26.
"The new round of talks will start on April 24, we are currently working with legal teams, ours [Ukrainian] and the American one. We want to take technical issues off the table online and in a written form, to make them less sensitive. Whether we can finish it by April 26 or not, will depend on the talks.
