Jammu, Jan. 15 -- In the wake of controversy erupted over selection of the Under-14 cricket team, the Jammu and Kashmir Directorate of Youth Services and Sports on Thursday announced the selected squad after fresh matches for participation in the 69th National School Games, scheduled to be held at Sikar, Rajasthan.

Senior officials of the J&K DYSS this evening said that the selection committee of the Department of Youth Services and Sports has finalized the Under-14 Boys Cricket Team to represent the union Territory.

"The team has been selected strictly as per the recommendations of the constituted Selection Committee and consists of 16 players along with 3 standbys," said officials.
