Chandigarh, Aug. 12 -- : In a shocking incident, two young women were abducted in broad daylight from Gaushala Road near Janakpuri in Karnal, Haryana, around noon today. The perpetrators, in a black car, forcibly dragged the women into the vehicle and fled the scene, leaving residents in shock.
Eyewitnesses said three men were involved in the crime. Two of them stepped out of the car, grabbed the women standing outside a house and assaulted them when they resisted. The assailants reportedly choked and slapped the victims before dragging them into the car. When locals tried to intervene, they were also attacked by the kidnappers.
