Chennai, Sept. 20 -- Two teachers were killed and six others--two teachers and theirhusbands--were injured when the car in which they were travelling to Chennai met withan accident t Ayyur Agaram bridge in Villupuram district of Tamil Nadu on the Chennai-Trichy National Highway today.
An official release four teachers along with their husbands were proceeding to Chennaifor the Teachers Entrance Exams today when the accident occurred at around 5.00 amthis monring.
The car collided with a tanker lorry in which Ms Sivarajani (38) and Shahul Hameed,husband of one of the teachers Ms Meharunisha, suffered grievous injuries and diedon the way to a hospital.
