Jaipur, May 11 -- Two more maternal deaths were reported late Sunday night from a state-run Kota hospital, taking the number of casualties - following post-cesarean delivery related medical complications, to four.
The deceased Pinky Mahawar had given birth to a child through cesarean delivery at the JayKay Lon Hospital on May 9. However, soon after she was shifted to the Kota medical college super speciality hospital with symptoms of renal failure.
She succumbed to sickness around midnight Sunday night.
Prior to this, one woman Priya Mahawar succumbed at the JK Lon hospital late on Saturday night.
