Jaunpur (UP), May 8 -- Two persons were killed, and three others were injured when an SUV overturned after colliding with a transformer in Line Bazar area of Jaunpur district here in Uttar Pradesh, police sources said here on Thursday.
Police sources said that the incident took place around 11 pm on Wednesday night near Matapur railway crossing when one of the front wheels of the SUV came off, due to which it went out of control and collided with a transformer and overturned. "While two persons died on the spot, three others were seriously injured," they said.
