Chennai, Feb. 23 -- TVS Mobiltiy Private Ltd has inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with crane and lifting solutions provider Austria headquarted PALFINGER to support by offering integrated supply chain, dealership, Aftermarket, rental and mobility solutions in India.
As part of the MoU, TVS Mobility Group and PALFINGER will jointly explore opportunities in the defence sector, combining PALFINGER's specialised equipment technologies with TVS Mobility Group's operational capabilities and domain expertise.
PALFINGER will invest Rs.350 crore in the first phase of its growth strategy 2030 in a manufacturing plant in Pune by calendar year 2027.
