Hyderabad, March 17 -- Telangana Irrigation & Civil Supplies Minister Capt. N. Uttam Kumar Reddy reaffirmed the Telangana Government's commitment to reviving and constructing the Tummadihatti Project.
He announced that he and Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy would visit Maharashtra next month to meet with the state's Chief minister and irrigation officials to discuss and finalize technical details. "This summer, we will resume the works at Tummadihatti," he declared.
Reddy made this statement while responding to questions on the Tummadihatti and Sitarama Lift Irrigation Project (LIP) during the Telangana Legislative Council's Question Hour on Monday.
