Kyiv, Aug. 12 -- Ahead of the upcoming Trump-Putin meeting in Alaska, where the two leaders will discuss a settlement for the Russia-Ukraine war, as well as other issues, uncertainty has gripped Ukraine amid President Donald Trump's announcement that some of the territory captured by Russia will be kept by Moscow.
This particularly concerns ceding the as-of-yet uncaptured areas of Donbas and Luhansk to Russian control, something which Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has outrightly refused to accept.
