Florida, May 2 -- : US President Donald Trump described a sweeping military and economic strategy involving Venezuela, saying that US operations in the country have not only stabilized relations but also generated massive oil revenues that, according to him, have more than offset the cost of military action.

Trump said the United States had secured large-scale Venezuelan oil flows to American refineries, particularly in Texas, framing the arrangement as a profitable geopolitical outcome.
