Imphal, March 14 -- Assam Rifles and District Sports Association Chandel and Wisecabs conducted the 5th edition of the "Run Chandel Run" marathon today.
Senior officials, together with troops, joined around 1,500 participants in celebrating fitness, sportsmanship and community unity through this vibrant event.
Held under the theme "Run Strong, Run Proud, Run Chandel Run", the marathon brought together residents, students, athletes, security personnel and fitness enthusiasts from across the district. The races were organised across multiple categories to encourage wide participation: Below 16 Years (5 km), Open Category (5 km and 10 km), and Above 45 Years (5 km).
