Agartala, Jan. 31 -- The Tripura government has undertaken multipronged strategies to enhance emergency medical services, expand ICU facilities, activate operation theatres, introduce modern medical equipment through the PPP model, and improve the hospital supply chain system, said Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha here on Saturday.
The CM, who holds the health portfolio, said the state is actively utilising the 'Mera Hospital' mobile application as part of its focus on patient-centric healthcare, and there are ongoing efforts to integrate AIIMS' 'Santusht' app for systematic patient feedback and service quality enhancement.
