Agartala, May 4 -- After Dipa Karmakar, Tripura's gymnast Shreeparna Dey brought four prestigious gold medals for the state in the Artistic Gymnastics National Championship held in Pune.
Shreeparna clinched the gold medal with a commanding overall score of 42.40 points. Her routines in the Vaulting Table (11.55), Uneven Bars (8.30), Balancing Beam (11.35), and Floor Exercise (11.20) showcased her finesse and composure under pressure.
The momentum carried into Saturday's Apparatus Events, where Shreeparna delivered spellbinding performances in three categories-Vaulting Table, Balancing Beam, and Floor Exercise-to secure three additional gold medals.
