Los Angeles, Feb. 2 -- Trevor Noah opened the Grammy Awards with a sharp joke aimed at Nicki Minaj, briefly dipping into political territory by mocking her recent praise of Donald Trump.
While bantering with stars in the audience, Noah pointed out Minaj's absence from the ceremony. "Nicki Minaj isn't here tonight," he said, joking that she was "still at the White House with Donald Trump, talking about very important issues," Variety reported.
Launching into a Trump impression and referencing Cardi B's viral hit "WAP," Noah continued, "'Actually, Nicki, I have the biggest ass. Everybody's saying it. I know they say it's you, but it's me.
