Ramgarh, Feb. 17 -- Promoting self-reliance of the transgender community, Jharkhand's Ramgarh district administration on Tuesday inaugurated a Trans Cafe aimed at providing dignified livelihood opportunities.

The cafe was jointly inaugurated by Deputy Commissioner Faiz Aq Ahmed Mumtaz and members of the transgender community at the premises of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad Park in Chhatar Mandu. The establishment will be entirely operated by members of the transgender community, creating new avenues for employment and self-employment.
