Solan, March 27 -- The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) organized a Consumer Outreach Programme on Quality of Service (QoS) in the telecom and broadcasting sector at Shoolini University, Solan on Friday.
The programme was attended by more than 200 attendees, including students, university staff, members of TRAI-registered consumer organisations, representatives of telecom service providers, and local consumers.
