Chennai, April 20 -- The toll in yesterday's twin blast at a private cracker manufacturing at Kattanarpatti village in the southern Virudhunagar district of Tamil Nadu, rose to 25 with four more people succumbing to injuries and burns since last night, even as senior Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi condoled the tragic deaths in the incident, with one of the villages accounting for 19 deaths.
Reports received here on Monday said the deceased included 19 women, four men and a child, while the body of one of them was yet to be identified as it was charred beyond recognition.
