Chennai, Jan. 27 -- The Tamil Nadu government will host the first ever TourismGlobal Summit on February 2 and 3 to attract private investments into the sectorand make TN a global investment destination.
An official release on Tuesday said in the Budget Speech for the year 2025-2026,it was announced that appropriate steps will be taken to attract private investmentin the tourism sector, both public and private sector.
Accordingly, it is proposed to organize the Tamil Nadu Global Tourism Summit toattract private investment in the tourism sector.
The first ever Global Tourism Summit-2026 will be inaugurated by Chief MinisterM K Stali at Hotel Four Points by Sheraton, at the tourist spot of Mamallapuram,about 55 km from here, in Chengalpattu...
