Tirumala, Dec. 31 -- The BIRRD (Balaji Institute of Surgery, Research and Rehabilitation for the Disabled) Trust held a meeting at Annamayya Bhavan here on Wednesday evening under the chairmanship of TTD Chairman B.R. Naidu, with TTD EO Anil Kumar Singhal in attendance.
During the meeting, Ortho Hospital Director Dr. Jagadish presented the hospital's progress over the past six months, highlighting advancements in orthopedic surgeries as well as outpatient and inpatient services.
The BIRRD Trust approved the recruitment of additional doctors and paramedical staff to strengthen services. Steps will also be taken to enhance hospital security and sanitation.
