Thiruvananthapuram, Feb. 10 -- In a significant move to strengthen inclusive and passenger-friendly travel, Thiruvananthapuram International Airport, operated by TRV (Kerala) International Airport Limited (TIAL), has launched the globally recognised Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Programme to support travellers with non-visible disabilities, TIAL spokesperson said on Tuesday.
With the rollout of this initiative, Thiruvananthapuram International Airport has been officially designated a Sunflower Airport, becoming part of a worldwide network dedicated to improving accessibility, awareness, and support for people living with hidden disabilities.
