Thiruvananthapuram, Feb. 8 -- An international symposium dedicated to Parkinson's disease research and care will be organised here on Sunday.
The sixth International Annual Symposium - 2026 is being jointly convened under the leadership of the Health Department by the Directorate of Medical Education, National Health Mission, the Department of Neurology, Government Medical College Thiruvananthapuram, and the King's College London Parkinson's Research Alliance India (PRAI).
Health Minister Veena George will inaugurate the symposium, which aims to bring together leading national and international experts in the field of Parkinson's disease to deliberate on recent advances in diagnosis, management, and research.
