Ranchi, Jan. 14 -- Thirteen days after two toddlers disappeared from a residential pocket of Ranchi, the city woke up on Makar Sankranti to a moment of rare relief.
Ansh Kumar, five, and his four-year-old sister Anshika were found alive and unharmed in the Chitarpur area of Ramgarh district, bringing an end to an anxious, multi-state search that had gripped Jharkhand.
The siblings went missing on January 2 from the Jagarnathpur Mausi Bari area under Dhurwa police station limits. A case was registered the following day under relevant provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
