New Delhi, Nov. 25 -- union Minister Kiren Rijiju said on Tuesday Lord Buddha's teachings are very relevant and if the world follows the teachings, there will be peace and harmony in the world.
The Minister who went to Bhutan on Monday leading the "Delegation for the Return of Sacred Relics of Lord Buddha," told UNI that If people accept Lord Buddah's message, entire world will be benefitted. ''It is not important only to listen to Buddha's message but abide by it,'' he said.
He said If the world follows Buddha's message, there won't be any problem. There will be peace all over.
He said he had personally seen the King, the royal family, the Prime Minister and his cabinet and government officials paying their respects to the relics. Peopl...
