Bilaspur(HP), Oct. 2 -- HP Technical Education minister Rajesh Dharmani said today that the seer festival conveys a message of cultural and social unity. He said this while inaugurating the two-day Seer Festival in Ghumarwin. He first performed puja at the sacred site of Rukmini Kund and poured the holy water from the Kund into the Seer Khad in Ghumarwin. Freedom fighter Sahaj Ram was also present on the occasion.
He paid tribute to the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi, by garlanding his statue at Gandhi Chowk, Ghumarwin, and participated in a Yoga session.
