Jammu, April 2 -- In a significant development in the investigation of the Thanamandi terror attack case, State Investigation Agency (SIA) J&K has filed a charge-sheet before the designated court against Sabar Hussain for harbouring terrorists affiliated with Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) and The Resistance Front (TRF), involved in the brutal killing of Mohd Razaq.
The case pertains to an incident that occurred on April 22, 2024, when unidentified terrorists forcibly entered the residence of Mohd Razaq at Kunda, Shahdara Sharief, Thanamandi, and opened indiscriminate fire, an official communique said.
It further said that Razaq, succumbed to injuries on the spot, while his brother, Tahir Khurshid alias Tahir Fauji, a TA jawan sustained injuries....
