Zurich/ New Delhi, Oct. 5 -- Slovak filmmaker Tereza Nvotova has won the Golden Eye for Best Film at the 21st Zurich Film Festival (ZFF) for her gripping drama Father, as reported by Variety.
The film, a Slovak-Czech-Polish co-production, was showcased in the Feature Film Competition, which spotlights debut, second, and third features by emerging directors.
The international jury, comprising Reinaldo Marcus Green, Leonie Benesch, Carlo Cresto-Dina, Ali Asgari, and Nicole Reinhard praised the film for its emotional depth and powerful storytelling.
