Hyderabad, Jan. 23 -- Chamala Kiran Kumar Reddy, Member of Parliament from Bhongir, has written to union Minister for Coal and Mines G Kishan Reddy, seeking a comprehensive inquiry into all tenders, contracts and procedures undertaken by Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL) since 2014.
In his letter, the MP appreciated the union Minister's prompt response to the controversy related to the Naini Coal Block and welcomed the inquiry ordered by a two-member Central Government team comprising Deputy Director General Chetana Shukla and Director (Technical) Marapalli Venkateshwarulu.
