Hyderabad, May 24 -- In a major reform aimed at improving transparency and efficiency in property registrations, the Telangana government will implement the slot booking system across all sub-registrar offices in the state starting June 2, announced Revenue, Housing, and I&PR Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy.
The initiative, which was initially launched in 22 offices on April 10 and later expanded to 25 more on May 12, has already facilitated 36,000 registrations, with 94 per cent user satisfaction, according to the Minister.
Encouraged by the success, the government will now extend the system to the remaining 97 sub-registrar offices.
