Hyderabad, Aug. 19 -- Telangana will celebrate National Sports Day in a grand manner with nine days of festivities from August 23 to 31, making it one of the most elaborate celebrations in the country.
State Sports and Youth Services Minister Dr. Vakkiti Srihari unveiled the official poster of the celebrations at his residence in the Ministers' Quarters on Tuesday.
Speaking on the occasion, he said the state government has designed unique programs for each of the nine days to be held not only at the Sports Authority grounds in Hyderabad but also across all district headquarters.
