Hyderabad, Feb. 22 -- The Telangana Prisons Department on Sunday dismissed as baseless the allegations aired by certain television channels regarding unlawful visits inside the Hyderabad Central Jail.
In an official clarification, the department stated that reports claiming prisoners had conducted mulaqats (visits) with individuals having alleged terrorist links and planned attacks in key areas of the city, were false.
