Hyderabad, July 3 -- The Telangana government is taking decisive steps to curb piracy and strengthen the state's film industry, said Film Development Corporation (FDC) Chairman Dil Raju.

Addressing a press conference at the FDC office in Masab Tank today, Dil Raju revealed that, under the direction of Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, several meetings have already been held with Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka to address key issues facing the film industry.

He said that a comprehensive action plan is being prepared, and new regulations will be brought in if needed.
