Hyderabad, Feb. 1 -- In a major relief to government employees, the Telangana government has released Rs 720 crore towards clearance of long-pending employee bills, following the directions of Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka.
With this release, the entire pending amount of surrender leave encashment from 2022 to February 2025 has been cleared at one time. The funds were released on Saturday evening towards pending bills for the month of January.
