Hyderabad, Nov. 25 -- Governor Jishnu Dev Varma inaugurated the second phase of the Telangana-North East Connect Techno-Cultural Festival at Raj Bhavan today evening, calling it a movement that strengthens cultural, technological and human connections between Telangana and the eight Northeastern states.
Speaking on the occasion, the Governor said the festival celebrates the convergence of two vibrant regions and serves as a bridge of understanding, creativity and collaboration.
