Khammam, April 15 -- Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka on Wednesday inaugurated the Puligundala eco-tourism project in Sathupalli constituency of Khammam district, unveiling key facilities including cottages, boating and a jungle safari.
Addressing a public meeting, the Deputy Chief Minister underscored the state government's focus on developing tourism as a key growth sector. He said the Congress government is committed to showcasing Telangana's natural beauty to the world and recalled that eco-tourism was prioritised in the very first budget after assuming office.
