Hyderabad, May 22 -- The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) Police of Cyberabad arrested an ex -service man Jetendra Kumar Choubey, residing at Alawal, Hyderabad, who was involved in Cheating, Criminal Breach of Trust and collected money from victims to the tune of Rs. 4.48 Crores in the name of deposits in J.K. Enterprises, Soumya Sri Hospital and Karthik Logistics, Cyberabad police said in a release here.
Based on the complainant from Ms Chandrawati Evi, resident of Bollaram in the city, a case registered U/s 316 (2), 318 (4), 351 (2) of BNS& Sec 5 of TSPDFE Act 1999 of Economic Offences Wing Police Station, Cyberabad against the accused, said K. Prasad, Deputy Commissioner of Police, EOW, Cyberabad in a release here on Thursday.
