Hyderabad, March 28 -- Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy on Saturday appealed to opposition leaders to withdraw the case filed in the National Green Tribunal (NGT) against the Musi rejuvenation project, warning that people would boycott those opposing the initiative.

He said public representatives from the Musi region had extended support to the project, rising above political differences and took a strong dig at certain leaders for attempting to hinder development.

"Some leaders who enjoyed various positions with the blessings of the people have now filed a case in the NGT to obstruct the project," he said.
