New Delhi, April 18 -- Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy on Saturday criticised the BJP over the failure of the women's reservation legislation in Lok Sabha, alleging a conspiracy to dilute reservation policies through constitutional amendments.
Addressing a press conference here, Revanth challenged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to demonstrate sincerity by introducing a fresh Bill ensuring 33 per cent reservation for women in Parliament and state assemblies.
He said that if such a legislation is introduced, the opposition INDI Alliance would extend full support, as it had done in 2023.
