Hyderabad, Feb. 1 -- : Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy on Sunday expressed deep condolences over the death of Excise Constable Sowmya, who lost her life while on duty.
The 25-year-old Soumya, who had been battling for life after being run over by ganja smugglers at Madhavanagar village in Nizamabad district on June 24, succumbed to injuries at Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS) here on Saturday.
In a message, the Chief Minister said he was deeply anguished by the tragic incident.
