Hyderabad, Oct. 13 -- Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy on Monday reviewed the functioning of various welfare departments and directed officials to pay special attention to improving conditions in welfare hostels across the state.

During the high-level review meeting, the Chief Minister emphasised the need to ensure accountability and transparency in the management of welfare hostels by maintaining complete and updated data.

He instructed officials to bring students, teaching, and non-teaching staff under a face recognition system to enhance monitoring and attendance tracking.
