Hyderabad, March 17 -- The Telangana Legislative Assembly convened for the second day of its session on Tuesday at 1000 hours.
According to the schedule released by Secretary to the Legislature Rendla Thirupathi, the Question Hour was dispensed with for the day's proceedings.
