Hyderabad/Melbourne, Oct. 23 -- Telangana IT and Industries Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu announced that the state government has set an ambitious target to attract new investments worth Rs 1 lakh crore in the life sciences sector by 2030, creating employment for five lakh people.

Delivering the keynote address at the "ASBiotech International Conference 2025" jointly organised by "AusBiotech" and the Victoria State Government in Melbourne on Thursday, Sridhar Babu highlighted the rapid growth of Telangana's life sciences ecosystem and outlined a roadmap to transform the state into a global hub for innovation and biomanufacturing.
