Lucknow, Jan. 24 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday said that Uttar Pradesh is today becoming a perfect example of the mantra of "development and heritage."In a letter to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on the occasion of UP Diwas, the PM maintained that Uttar Pradesh's progress will give new impetus to the country's development.
The PM's letter was read out by the CM during the UP Diwas programme at Prerna Sthal here where union Home minister Amit Shah was the Chief Guest.
