New Delhi, March 4 -- The city police on Tuesday moved Delhi High Court, challenging the Sessions court's order seeking to provide a list of documents to alleged accused Bibhav Kumar, in Swati Maliwal assault case.
A bench of single judge Justice Vikas Mahajan has adjourned the matter for March 11 for filing the response on behalf of Bibhav Kumar.
In this matter, Bibhav Kumar, a close aide of former Delhi's chief minister Arvind Kejriwal, is accused of
assaulting Swati Maliwal at the Chief Minister's residence in New Delhi on May 13 last year.
