Deoria, Oct. 13 -- A 20-year-old girl was found dead under mysterious circumstances in Harikundawal village, located in the Lar police station area of Deoria district.
The body was discovered in an alley adjacent to her house, sparking panic among local residents, officials said today.
The deceased has been identified as Manisha, daughter of Biran Prasad, a resident of Harijan Tola in Harikundawal. Early today, locals spotted the body and raised an alarm, prompting a large crowd to gather at the scene.
